Emirates Airlines has always been an airline that has been proud to give more to passengers whichever way it can, and the Skywards frequent flying program is surely an amazing way to reward its loyal passengers. The rewards and benefits associated with the whole Skywards program is truly one that other airlines can learn a lesson out of. It is no wonder that the program is among the many reasons that passengers always choose Emirates Airlines over most other airlines.

There are three levels to the entire Skywards program with the Blue level being what one achieves automatically upon registration, the Silver being what one attains on accumulating 25000 Tier miles and the Gold is what a passenger gets to after accumulating 50000 Tier miles. The program is a pretty simple one to understand and unlike other airlines, Emirates Airlines refrains from making things complicated only to confuse passengers and shy away from giving away rewards.

The Tier status of a passenger remains valid for a period of one year at the end of which a review takes place. At the end of the year, if a passenger retains 25000 Tier miles he is eligible for the Silver status and if he has managed to accumulate 50000, for the Gold. The validity of the Tier miles doesn’t exceed for more than a year. Upon achieving the status of the passenger is eligible for every benefit associated with the level for a period of one whole year, and Emirates Airlines sure does everything to make every level worthwhile!
